Our company pays the legal fees* for property bought** at our website on behalf of the purchaser.

As the property owner, the savings to the purchaser will mean that they have more cash to pay for your property and that you will have the best chance to make your sale happen.

Our philosophy is simple.

We aim to provide the greatest benefit to the greatest number of people.

We help spur the Malaysian property market in conjunction with the government’s efforts in exempting stamp duties under certain conditions, by paying the legal fees* for the SPA and bank loan documentation on behalf of the purchaser.

Since we are a neutral third party in the transaction, we can pay the purchaser’s legal fees* without any conflict of interest. As such, the real client of the law firm is still the purchaser, whose rights the law firm will solely look after.

Connecting the property seeker with a law firm at the get-go also ensures that legal questions concerning the property are answered by legally qualified persons.

You see, non-lawyers cannot be sued for giving you wrong legal advice, the same way that a lawyer cannot be sued for giving you wrong medical advice.

Through our business model, due diligence on the property and the parties involved are also performed at the soonest opportunity, by the purchasers’ lawyers.

Since every property purchaser has to ultimately appoint a lawyer in any sale and purchase transaction, why not do so right from the beginning and remove common hazards connected with buying property the traditional way, as well as save a ton of legal fees?

*The bulk of the SPA & Loan Agreement fees charged by lawyers and payable by the purchaser according to the First and Third Schedules of the SRO only and excludes the lesser legal fees for filing RPGT, applying for MB’s Consent, etc
**The purchaser must buy the property on the website and pay the booking fee (refundable) to register the sale.
